The special year-end anime of Sword art online: Extra Edition streamed the CM! In the CM it released the characters’ swimsuits. The special will run worldwide on December 31, 2013 at 22:00.

In the special anime, Kirito and his partners will get a water task in the “ALO” world to grant Yui her wish to see a whale. As they all prepare for the quest, they find Suguha can not swim. So they return to the real world and give Suguha a specially train in the swimming pool. Meanwhile, Kirito was meeting somebody...

Sword Art Online is a Japanese light novel series written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by abec. The series takes place in the near-future and focuses on various virtual reality MMORPG worlds. The light novels began publication on ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko label from April 10, 2009, with a spin-off series launching in October 2012. The series has spawned five manga adaptations. A TV anime series aired in Japan between July and December 2012. A video game based on the series was released on PlayStation Portable in March 2013.
